Strengthening Social Cohesion Through Social Service Practice and Community Engagement
မိမိတိုရဲ့ အဖွဲအစည်း (သိုမဟုတ်) ရပ်ရွာအတွင်း ယုံကြည်မှု (Trust)၊ အကျုံးဝက်ခြင်း (Inclusion)၊ ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှု (Collaboration) နဲ့ အပြန်အလှန်နားလည်မှု (Mutual Understanding) တွေဟာ အရေးကြီးတဲ့ အခြေခံအုတ်မြစ်တွေဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ Social Work ဆိုင်ရာလုပ်ငန်းများ၊ ရပ်ရွာဖွံဖြိုးရေးလုပ်ငန်းများနဲ့ လူသားချင်းစာနာထောက်ထားမှုလုပ်ငန်းများမှာ လုပ်ကိုင်နေသူတွေအတွက် Social Cohesion ကို နားလည်ပြီး လက်တွေ့အသုံးချနိုင်ခြင်းဟာ ယနေ့အချိန်မှာ ပိုမိုလိုအပ်လာပါတယ်။
YSSW Social Cohesion Lab မှာတော့ Social Cohesion ဆိုင်ရာ အခြေခံသဘောတရားများကို လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံများနဲ့ ချိတ်ဆက်လေ့လာနိုင်မယ့်အပြင် Harmony & Collaboration ကို အခြေခံပြီး ကိုယ့်ပတ်ဝန်းကျင်ရှိ မိတ်ဆွေအပေါင်းအသင်းလုပ်ဖော်ကိုင်ဖက်အချင်းချင်းကြားဖြစ်စေ၊ service users နှင့် ချိတ်ဆက်လုပ်ကိုင်ရသည့်အခါဖြစ်စေ လက်တွေ့အသုံးချနိုင်မယ့် Skills တွေကို အတူတကွ လေ့ကျင့်သွားမှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
